UPROOT is a social enterprise that aims to end unemployment, malnutrition, hunger and poverty affecting more than 7 million Filipino children aged 5 years and below, and introduce Community Shared Aquaponics to low income communities in the Philippines.

Our goal is to link up marginalized communities near businesses so that they will have an avenue to sell their produce and at the same time feed their families complete, healthy food year roundDue to the system’s cost-effectiveness and simplicity, busy individuals who want to eat healthy but doesn't have the time or have any knowledge growing food, and the unemployed will benefit the most from Aquaponics. Allowing every Filipino to grow fresh, nutritious, organic produce all year round.
